Lemongrass Oil

Product Specialization: Lemongrass oil is distilled from the leaves of the (cymbopogon flexous) plants. The oil is extract from the leaves through steam distillation. This species (Cymbopogon tlexuosus) is considered to have originated from Kerala and southern state of India. The plant is very hardy and grows: under a vaety of conditions. The essential oil of lemon grass is widely used in flavouring, perfumery, cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries. The leaves are used in herbal teas.
