Mango Lehsua Gonda Pickle, Packaging Size : 300 Gm

A traditional recipe of Rajasthan using Lehsua Gonda, These large Gum berries are native to Rajasthan and Gujarat and used widely in the region. Handpicked, Brine, Once Dehydrated under the sun all the spices, pure mustard oil, flavored with raw mangoes are mixed and placed in a glass jar and kept in the sun for  seven days to mature. Natural preservation enhances the flavors and the longevity of the pickles.

Lehsua, Raw Mangoes, Asafoetida, turmeric, Red chilli powder, Saunf, Mustard seeds, Yellow Mustard, Fenugreek seeds, Salt, Vinegar and Mustard oil.
