Our enzyme blend for unharing in leather processing industries is a complete replacement of Sodium sulfite at affordable cost and it avoid the risk of H2S production in effluent treatment process. Microcore has developed and standardized several prototypes for enzymatic unharing process by proper selection of extreme enzyme produced from generally recognized as safe microorganism. The complexities on enzymatic unharing is addressed with the suitable enzyme produced on own with selective usage of various mode of action of enzymes on targeted protein and lipids. Our Enzyme blends works on synergetic mode of action to support the unharing process without disturbing the quality of the leather.
