recently we have developed a machine for the vertical lapping of polyester fibre sheet and it is thermally bonded by hot air and thus polyester fibre blocks of 1” to 4” are made. This fibre blocks are widely found applications in the areas like,

ü  mattress manufacturing,

ü  thermal and acoustic

ü  materials in the cars assembly and acoustic wall panelling for studios, home theatres, auditorium and malls

for the purpose of mattress making, we are making fibre blocks from 25 density to 70 density with 200 gsm to 4000 gsm and the thicknesses are ranging from 15 mm to 100 mm. For more thicknesses, we can sandwich the fibre blocks.
