Lappet Hook

We offer a wide range of Lappet Hooks. We are supplying Hard Chrome Plated and Nickle Plated Lappet Hooks. We can supply for LR G 51, LR- 6, LR- 9, Rieter, KTTM, Toyoda, DJ- 5, DJ- 50, RY- 5, Texmaco Zinser, etc Ring Frames from 1.5 mm hole to 5 mm hole size. Mounted directly above each spindle is a lappet designed to lead the yarn centrally over the spindle axis as shown in the figure above. The lappet consists of a thread guide made of bent wire ‘o’, and a pivotable support arm ‘k’. The guide is adjustably mounted on the support arm to enable centering using the centering tool ‘S’, while the arm itself is secured to a lappet rail ‘r’which extends over the length of the machine.
