Details :

• The body is robust  constructed  and made up of double walled stainless steel 304 grade 1 mm thick
• All specification meets the U.S. Federal Standard 209E (Class 100 purity)
• The work table is made of stainless steel 304 grade.
• All joints are sealed with scholastic sealant.
• Transparent front and side panels of UV resistant polycarbonate sheet fully transparent fixed with clamps.
• The unit is fitted with per-filter and is made to pass through highly effective HEPA (High Efficiency Particular Air) filter having efficiency rating as high as 99.99% with cold, DOP, thus retaining all air-borne particles of size : 0.3 micron and larger.
• Using a dynamic machine, the blower and motor assembly ISI marked is statically and dynamically balanced.
• Blower Assembly with high RPM motor, enclosed in an SS casing suitably suspended in a pair springs & connected to the filter chamber through flexible canvas duct
• Blowers are mounted on vibration isolation mounts to minimize vibration and possess noiseless operation.
