Details : An electrically controlled borosilicate glass laboratory water sill/ distillation apparatus that can be either wall or bench mounted. Produces high quality, pyrogen free distillate. Comprises a horizontal boiling chamber with plated heating element, vertical condenser system and control unit mounted on a well painted sturdy stand. Features thermostatic auto heater cut-off to prevent over heating or dry heating. Allow easy cleaning and maintenance, when the heater is in operative. Output capacity about 4L of pyrogen free distillate per hour and is suitable for use with deionised water supply. Safety features include resettable thermal fuse, and automatic water level controller. Heating element rated at 3kW. Operated on 220-240 V AC, 50-60 Hz.
