• Two valves, one for vacuuming and other for purging/flushing. Vacuum levels are controlled up to 760 MM/Hg.
• Food grade Silicon door gasket and highly aligned sturdy door fitting. Toughened glass window allows clear observation of load.
• Non perforated Stainless Steel trays.
• Temp Range: 50oC to 250oC.
• Temperature controlled by Dual display Microprocessor based PID Temp. Controller & PT –100 Sensor with +/- 2 oC accuracy.
• Operates on 230 Volts AC Single phase 50 Hz.
