    We are well-known Exporter and Supplier of Laboratory Board (MDSP2812). VPL-MDSP2812 is a powerful TMS320F2812 based DSP development board which enables the user to control 3 Phase AC Motor, Single Phase AC Motor & DC Motor.
    Features

    • DSP processor TMS320F2812, 32-bit fixed-point high-speed digital processor, the highest frequency of 150 M
    • Built-in 128 K * 16-bit FLASH, users can be stored procedures, FLASH can be encrypted.
    • Built-in 18 K * 16-bit SRAM
    • Extended 256 K * 16-bit SRAM (basic configuration), which can be expanded to 512 K * 16K.
    • Expanded 4 MB FLASH (basic configuration), which can be expanded to 8 MB, user-friendly prototype development.
    • RTL8019AS network interface chips, realization of Ethernet communications.
    • TLV320AIC23 audio codecs, recording and radio to achieve.
    • HOST USB interface chip SL811H, plug-ins to mass storage devices.
    • RS232 communication with PC.

    Three Phase AC Motor Control

    • Power module is designed for Motor control applications upto 3 HP by using the 3rd generation of IGBT & DIODE Technology
    • 1200V/25A converter bridge for AC-DC power conversion with filter capacitor.
    • 4 Nos. of Hall Effect current sensors provided for DC link current and 3 output current measurement.
    • All the PWM signals are isolated using opto isolator.

    Single Phase AC Motor Control

    • This module can be interfaced with IGBT module.
    • The following experiments can be done using this firing module and device module combination.
    • Four no. gate signal to trigger four IGBT/MOSFET.
    • IC based carrier (triangular) wave generation with variable frequency (2 KHz to 20KHz)
    • IC based reference sine/square/trapezoidal wave generation with variable amplitude & frequency.
    • One no. rotary switch to select different type of reference waves.
    • Two no. potentiometer used to wary the frequency amplitude of
      reference signal.
    • Comparator circuit, it compares carrier and reference wave
    • One no. rotary switch to select PWM for different types of modulation sine/trapezoidal/square.
    • All four PWM outputs are terminated on the front panel for device module
    • 220V AC input, +15V DC for control circuits


    DC Motor Control

    • FRC connectors are provided to interface with the FPGA / Microcontroller/DSP/ARMX Controllers
    • Built - in over voltage & over current protection.
    • Power module is designed for Motor control applications upto 1 HP.
    • SCR based design with pulse transformer for triggering of SCR.
    • All the PWM signals are isolated using opto isolator.
    • Protector circuit for over current with LED induction
    • Independent power supplies for all isolated circuits.
    • Voltmeter to indicate the DC link voltage.
    • All current sonsor O/Ps, PWMS are terminated at front panel.
