Contact SupplierAn LDR sensor is a type of resistor which responds to the amount of light falling on it and changes its resistance according to it. If light is falling on it then the resistance is in order of few k-Ohms and if is dark then its resistance is in order of Megaohms so the Cell resistance falls with increasing light intensity. This is an Photoresistor Module with an LDR Sensor having Two Cadmium Sulphide (CdS) Photo Conductive Cells and spectral responses like that of the human eye. This photoresistor module has application such as smoke detection, Automatic lighting control like in rooms or Headlights of a vehicle or roadside lights, batch counting adjustable overhead rear view mirrors and burglar alarm systems. The module is powered by the constant supply voltage and signal output can be measured from signal pin with the help of Analog pins of controllers like Arduino, NodeMCU or PIC.
