The software includes scanners control module for real-time temperature acquisition, inputoutput control module, kiln visualization module (for 2d and 3d), thermography analysis module and historical storage module. Its main feature is that it has no moving part, so it requires low maintenance and has high life span. It provides solution for temperature-hot-spots on the kiln-shell, gives information about defects of the kiln brick lining, low-temperature zones within the brick lining range of the sinter zone permit conclusions on beginning of caking inside the rotary cement kiln.
