We are offering Khoya Machine.
tub : the capacity of tub is 150 liters. The tub is mounted on thrust bearing and ball bearings. the tub is driven by geared motor. the shaft is specially designed so that the tub can come out easily and does not cease. the special coupling is designed for the auto alignment of the shaft with gear motor.
Â�¢ fuel : the fuel (diesel) consumption will be 3 to 4 liters. /hr. By both burners. (gas fired
on order).
� time : the time taken by it to make khoya/mawa of 15 kg. Milk will be 8 to 10 minutes.
� motor : one single phase 1 h.p. Gear motor and two 1/4 h.p. Motor of blower. (no blowers in case of gas fired machine)
� frame : the frame is made of mild steel.
Â�¢ fuel tank : the fuel tank is made of stainless steel. capacity of tank is 25 liters.
Â�¢ tub material : the tub is made of 1.20 m.m. Stainless sheet and the bottom plate is made of 15
m.m mild steel. s.s bottom optional (with additional cost.)
the scrapper/khoncha/blade is made of teflon. The holder of scrapper is made of stainless steel.
