indications :
carboplatin is used as initial chemotherapy of advanced ovarian carcinoma in combination with other approved chemotherapeutic agents.
carboplatin is used as palliative treatment of patients with ovarian carcinoma recurrent after prior chemotherapy, including patients who have been previously treated with cisplatin.
presentation :
kemocarb (carboplatin injection bp) is available in vials containing 150 mg and 450 mg of carboplatin as sterile injection.
kemocarb 150 mg15 ml and kemocarb 450 mg45 ml.
