1. main body : the main bed / inertia plate made of cast iron/m.s. plate (heavy duty). plate is lined with stainless steel 304 quality in accordance with the size and gauge of steel. the plate is rectangular type and the suspension mounts are fitted underneath of inertia platform.
2. bearing hosing shaft: c.i. bearing hosing is mounted on the central boss of the main platform of inertia platform. the main shaft is alloy steel and is precisely machined to withstand the loads caused by the centrifugal force. the bearing supporting the main shaft and heavy duty taper roller/thrust/ball bearings.
3. revolving cage: the perforated cage is made of stainless steel in standard size and different gauges according to size of the machine. it consists of top flange made of stainless steel sheet and bottom flanges of heavy cast iron plate lined with stainless steel sheet and is dynamically balanced. the outer cage side wall is also made of stainless steel sheet according to size of machine.
4. suspension mount: anti vibration mount fitted under the platform-mount should be heavy duty spring unit filled with visco oil to control the vibration of the machine while in operation. mount(s) can be easily relocated, almost negligible maintenance.
5. drive system: the revolving is driven with electric motor fixed on the side of the platform consuming 415 volt-3 phase 50-hz ac power supply. the motor is fitted with �v� belt pulley. the drive from the motor to central pulley is through �v� belt.
6. brake: the brake is controlled through pneumatic cylinder system by hand lever valve- with ferado lined brake liner.
7. panel board: driven with electric motor tefc and variable frequency drive- system will control the electric motor in accordance of the required motor. the inverter/control panel consists of m.s. powder coated and fitted with dynamic braking resistance, electric components such as relay, contractor, timers etc.
8, safety cover: the machine is fitted with safety cover made of aluminum sheet or stainless steel duly interlocked. the lid of the machine is open and close with pneumatic cylinder system with hand lever.
9. lubrication: lubrication to the main bearing is done with grease gun after removing the small bolts on stainless steel nut fitted on main shaft.
