Jevtana is a prescription cancer medicine that interferes with the growth and spread of cancer cells in the body. Jevtana is used together with prednisone to treat prostate cancer that is resistant to medical or surgical treatments that lower testosterone and has spread to other parts of the body (metastatic).

Cabazitaxel injection is used along with prednisone to treat prostate cancer (cancer of a male reproductive organ) that has already been treated with other medications. Cabazitaxel injection is in a class of medications called microtubule inhibitors. It works by slowing or stopping the growth of cancer cells.
