Jet Burner

Jet Burner System used for melting scrap and save Electrical Energy in Electric Arc Furnace(EAF). Nikko designs and supplies various types of burners like EBT, Door and Hybrid Burners. Burner System allows operation of EAF with multi-pattern oxygen injection that allows more efficient chemical energy utilization. It enhances uniform melting, effective Oxygen blowing and promotes slag foaming. Burner System shortens tap to tap time, reduces power and carbon consumption and improves molten steel yield. With use of multi-mode pattern program and touch panel, fully automatic operation is possible. Lastly, it improves safety as it eliminates lancing from Slag Door of EAF.
