Jaggery

Jaggery or "Gur" or whole sugar is a pure, wholesome, traditional, unrefined, whole sugar. It contains the natural goodness of minerals and vitamins inherently present in sugarcane juice & this crowns it as one of the most wholesome and healthy sugars in the world.

Our Organic jaggery is natural, pure, chemical free and free from every impurities. It has come from the sap of sugarcane and its flavor is described as an aromatic blend between brown sugar and molasses with sweet blender tones. Because it is processed without the use of chemicals it retains many vital vitamins and minerals such as iron, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, and potassium. It has mineral content approximately 50 times greater than refined sugar and five times more than brown sugar. It is a good source of magnesium which in turn helps in relieving fatigue along with relaxation of muscles, nerves and blood vessels. Organic jaggery is also a good source of potassium along with low amount of sodium that helps to maintain blood pressure and reduces water retention. It is best substitute for sugar.
