The tapes and design are woven at a go by weaving polyester yarns in warp and weft. The design is created using specialized design software and electronic jacquards to weave up to 8 colors. We have over 1000 readily stocked yarns shades to match your requirement to the nearest design colors. Most intrinsic designs maybe woven with high pick density and in any given width up to 12 colors. Advantages Long lasting, easy to design and produce, Very precise and proven technology.
