It has auto-reset function in case of overload and short circuit low battery. It will reset itself automatically and will make 8 attempts for the overload and 4 attempts for short circuit. If the fault condition is rectified within this period then the inverter will reset itself automatically. Otherwise it will shut off and you will have to reset the inverter manually by turning on/off by the switch on its front panel.
