• Front and rear cover equipped with heating or cooling jackets
• Shaft sealing available in two choices - Mechanical Seal / Stuffing box
• Excellent interchangeability obtained because of its modular development
• Available in two models - bracket mounted 'BM and gearbox mounted 'GM"

• Works on the mechanism of internal gearing i.e. gear within a gear
• Concentric rotation of shaft is obtained using the main gear
• On eccentric pin, there is an Idler on the front cover which ensures free rotations
• To achieve perfect scaling between parts, there is a Crescent shaped partition precision machine which maintains a small but positive clearance
• Partial vacuum is created when the gear comes out of the mesh
• Forced by the vacuum, the fluid is rushed into the pump casing to fill the voids
• The fluid is then transferred to the delivery port with the help of the rotating gears
• The flow becomes smooth, low pulsating and produces less noise and vibrations
• Pump components can be easily accessed by the external bearing construction
• The speed is then reduced by the block pumps mounted on the gearbox
