INTRODUCTION
Interferential Therapy, or IFT is being practiced by physiotherapists for long time. This therapy helps in soothing the pain caused due to bone or ligament injuries, swellings or tissue tension. A small amount of current is passed through the part, for certain time period, with help of round or square pads. These pads are connected to the main machine with help of red and black wires. Adjustment of current and time is necessary to avoid further calamity with bones and tissues.
