Interference Screw

Interference Screw offered finds use in invasive orthopaedic procedures and provides usage as bio-absorbable interference screws. These find usage suitability for graft fixation in anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. These screws are developed using 30% biphasic calcium phosphate and 70% PLDLA and provides usage as fixation device for bone-tendon. Other than this, it is also used in fixing of soft tissue grafts during ACL and PCL reconstruction procedures. Some of its features include screws having stepped tapered design for maximized insertion torque; optimized thread form to ease insertion and maximize soft tissue and bone fixation in cortical/cancellous bone.
