DESCRIPTION :
Insulating powder apparatus is designed to determine the thermal conductivity of insulating powerders. The apparatus consists of two thin walled concentric copper spheres. Inner sphere houses nichrome hetaing coil. Insulating powder is filled between the spherres. Heat flows radially outwards. Surface temperature of sprehers & heat input are measured by panelised instruments.
