Double skinned polyester powder coated 78mm slat with polyurethane foam insulating core.
Colour : Galvanised finish as standard. Plastisol range or powder coating available.

Vertical Side Guides / Bottom Slat

• Aluminium powder coated bottom slat with EPDM weather seal. Guide channel depth is 75mm as standard.

• Note: The guide channels are bolted to fixing angles or box section to suit the application.

Enclosure / Housing

• Manufactured from 0.9mm galvanised steel sheet. End caps are fabricated from 3mm - 12mm steel.
• Colour : Galvanised finish as standard. Plastisol range or powder coating available.

Operation : Electric: Single phase tubular motor or 3-phase outboard motor with push button control. Numerous options such as group or remote control etc available as required. Manual override facility as standard. CE compliant to all applicable directives and regulations.

Our Alumnium rolling shutters come insulated which make them the perfect product for customers who want to save on energy bills as they keep the heat in, cold out.They are also used as “high quality” curtains and block out nearly 100% of all light – ideal for those of you living in big cities Comes in white or brown as standard, but can be powder coated a number of colours for a surcharge.

• The ALURS55/77 traditionally offers a more cost effective and aesthetically pleasing solution to that of an insulated steel shutter.
• Lighter than a steel shutter means less energy is needed to open them (3.5kg/m2 approx).
• Comes in white or brown as standard, but can be powder coated a number of colours for a surcharge.
