Instrument Calibration Services

MeasureTest Provide calibration services for all types of Particle Counters and Aerosol Photometer. We use certified and genuine calibration laboratory equipment. The traceabilities are NABL certified.

Providing services for such advanced instruments, ESD safe laboratories are essential. We have adopted certain norms and practices in order to make our particle counter calibration laboratories static free so that precision electronic equipment can be handled safely. Our engineers uses ESD safe wrist straps, ESD safe shoes or heel straps, ESD safe lab coats and gloves while working with any electronic boards.

MeasureTest maintains a proper document management system to keep all historical records of the customer and instruments.

The calibration we perform is NIST traceable.

Our calibration services include:

• Instrument removal (if needed)
• Installation of customer spare instrument or Lighthouse loaner (if available)
• Instrument inspection (as received data available)
• Calibration of the instrument
• Reinstallation of the calibrated instrument (if needed)
• Verification and revalidation of the Lighthouse system
• Calibration certificate issued for each instrument
