QUALITY CONTROL METHODOLOGY :-
All the incoming steel and raw material is tested for cracks and other defects.
Job’s after machining a 100% checked for dimensions, thread go-nogo gauge and surface finish.
Machined jobs are placed and buffed to provide good surface finish.
Job’s are again checked for surface finish after plating.
Products are tested as per requirement of the client.
Jobs are cleaned with kerosene to remove an debris / dirt inside the products.
End fittings are plugged using plastic cap’s and wrapped in plastic’s bag’s for dispatch
