Applications :

Batter preparation : Dissolve 100 g instant Tempura batter mix in 200 ml of water.
Coat a piece of washed chicken or vegetable in batter until evenly wet.
Fry these coated pieces in a hot oil.

Storage : Exhibits excellent stability when stored in closed container under cool and dry ventilated place. Avoid direct sun light.
