Minimum down time :
The moulds have easily removable and replaceable forming parts for the production of different preforms from same moulds. Servicing and maintenance of mould can be easily carried out in the quickest possible time owing to its remarkable design features.
Mould & mould parts :
The raw material used for moulds and accessories is procured from international sources, meeting exact specifications. The material is got periodically evaluated through government accredited laboratories.
Adherance to strict quality :
Control norms ensures that there is no crystallinity and high surface quality with no scratch marks. The moulds have practically no eccentricity with rigid dimensional reliability and weight consistency.
Optimised and uniform heat :
Distribution to all the cavities is ensured through unique lay-out and design features.

The company has developed for the first time in India blowing machine with PNEUMATICALLY CONTROLLED TOGGLE LOCKING SYSTEM for mould closing and opening. The blowing machine is fully pneumatic with the latest technology used for blowing process.
