Radiant's expertise lies in production of close-tolerance functional parts from high performance engineering polymers. Majority of our parts need to undergo validating testing so as to test their endurance under sustained load conditions. The challenge here then is to guarantee reliability & consistency over long production runs which is possible only if the process is stable. Radiant possess 20+ years of experience in establishing such processes and by employing the techniques of Scientific Molding we are able to optimize process parameters to correct inconsistencies, ensure repeatability, and maximize efficiency.
All of our injection molding machines are imported and we use state of the art closed loop machines for production of safety critical components for our customers. Besides conventional molding machines, we are equipped with vertical injection machines for insert molding as well as thermoset injection molding machines
