We are offering infrared proximity switches, protocontrol make infrared proximity switches find application in almost every industry where high sensing range, miniature construction is required. The special modulated beam makes it immune for use in industrial atmosphere. Switches with fiber optic cable are offered to sense miniature components like tablet, print mark, pouches and caps. Photoelectric sensors are exclusively used in spm and pharmaceutical machinery to sense tablets and capsules. They also find application in heavy industries like crane to sense position and to avoid collision.
diffuse models are available having sensing distance up to 5 mtrs. Retro reflective switches with mirror are offered up to 10 meters range. Through beam sensors are available up to 25 mtrs range.
models with built in termination chamber, universal supply (ac as well as dc) and potential free relay contact output are available. models with teach function, back ground suppression are developed to sense change in colour or to sense parts on shiny surface.
print mark sensors are offered with high response speed so as to detect pouch traveling at high speed.
