We Supply Inflatable (Gaskets) seals, which are made from high strength FDA Approved Transparent Silicon Rubber and comply to class 21 CRF 177.2600.

Inflator seals provide on inflatable sealing solution, where the risk of fabric contamination is not acceptable.

Inflator seals are supplying in a relaxed / deflated position like cycle tubes. When air pressure is applied, the seal either expands or raised up to meet the sealing face. When the pressure is released, the seal returns to its relaxed position. All seals are supplied with a one way inflation assembly.

• • It provides a Leak Proof closure, yet allows clearance when        needed.
• • It simplifies the design of the structure & hardware.
• • It minimizes the need of close matching and fabricating tolerance.
• • It is not subject to compression set which negates effectiveness      of other seals.
• • Western inflatble seal has very good inflation and deflation  property on joint & nozzle.
• • Size of the seal is very accurate with tolerance of ±5% & can    withstand 4 kgcm2 pressure.
• • Western inflatable seals is uniform, so there is very less chance       of bursting at recommended pressure.
