• Inner drum : Inner drum of our washing machine is made of stainless steel 304 grade. Inner drum is perforated and embossed or flared to prevent damage to clothes. There are six lifters made of S.S. 304 grade laying the full length of the drum provided for efficient agitation of clothes which gives you high quality washing results.
• Outer drum : Outer drum of washing machine is made of stainless steel 304 grade. Side plates and legs (stand) of washing machine is made of solid C.I. casting. Side Shafts of inner drum are fixed in strong bearing housing with special water seals .The outer sliding door is provided with soap soda inlet box. Inlets for hot and cold water are provided to the outer drum. It is equipped with hand operated quick draining valve and water level indicator.
• Drive : The washing machine is run by suitable three phase or single phase electric motor as per requirement with very silent and trouble free smooth ‘V’ belt drive.
• Door interlock safety device : The door interlock safety device is provided on the outer sliding door to stop the drum if the door is opened while washing machine is in motion and also the machine will not start until the door is firmly closed.
• Specially designed control panel : Specially designed automatic forward-off reverse control panel regulates washing cycle of our washing machine very accurately and efficiently.
