Industrial Solar Water Heating System

• Industrial system is designed as per customer requirement in THERMOSYPHONE TYPE & FORCE FLOW TYPE.
• THERMOSYPHONE TYPE : Thermosyphone type solar water heating system is almost similar to that of domestic solar water heater and it works on same principal. This type of system is suitable where hot water usage is for Bathroom, Kitchen, and laundry use, where fix temperature is not required. Main clients are Hotel, Hospital, Hostel, Guest House, Canteen and Dharmshala.
• FORCED FLOW TYPE : in forced flow type system pump is utilized for forcing the water in solar flat plate collector, pump circulation is controlled by temperature controller. Thereafter heated water will get stored in insulated storage tank. In this type of system also there are two options available.

FIXED TEMPERATURE TYPE :In this type of system water enters from one side of solar collector & is heated in solar collectors up to the temperature set intemperature controller and at constant temperature heated water is stored in the insulated storage tank. Fixed Temperature Controller (F.T.C.) is used for controlling the system function. These types of system are mostly suitable in industries where temperature of hot water is required at constant degree. Application like boiler feed water, Processes water, Steam Generator etc.
