POSIL has in-house Tool Room having CNC lathe with CAM to bring out the design concept into reality & other machines for mould manufacture, which enable us to have better control over Tooling Quality, Cost & ensures timely availability. POSIL has full-fledged laboratory equipped with all the necessary equipments for the testing of raw material, material in-process and finished products. We have Rheometer for testing rheological properties of rubber, Oil seal test rig for endurance testing of oil seal as per IS SAE standards and valve-stem endurance testing machine.
