Materials : SG- Iron, SAE 1018 | Spindle and Piston - En8 | Bar Stock (Hex & Round - En1A(SAE 1213 / DIN 1.0715) Free Cutting steel according to DIN EN 102777 & St.37 as per DIN 1.0254 ( Steel with minimum tensile strength of 370 Mpa).
Special Features : AE is manufacturing ferrule fittings as per DIN 2353 standards such that it gives close dimensional tolerance, accurate in pipe biting process & no leakage problem in the hydraulic piping systems benefit to our clients no rejection due to leakage problem & save downtime of machine, wastage of manpower &plant shutdown. AE does trivalent zinc passivation and phosphatised or paint surface finish on all fittings products such that it approves worldwide with environment safety. AE Hand Pumps are supplied with all test certificates like-visual inspection report, dimensional test report, assembly test report, hydro pressure test report, burst test report, such that our client does not need to do any quality inspection at their end which gives benefit to our client by saving time, manpower &money for not having quality checks with AE products compare to other local suppliers.
