• Ugam Fire Retrardant Coatings: Product widely being used as fire retardant for buildings, furniture, electrical appliances, electrical lines and near flammable area to avoid fire hazards. It comes in colour shades, as well as clear, as per requirement. It is manufactured strictly in accordance with A S T M standards. These products come as water base as well as solvent base for different applications.

  This paint is tested and certified for 2 hour rating by Government of India's National Test House Mumbai.

Company : M/S Barclays Technology Cenre Pune

Probled Reported:Server room and H R documents store to be coated with fire retardant coating.

Proposed Solution:UGAMCOAT141098 for cabinets and UGAMCOAT07022007 walls.

Action Taken:All walls in those areas were coated with UGAMCOAT07022007 and file stores were coated with UGAMCOAT141098.

 Results Achieved:Coating was done in Feb 2008 and still intact. No problems noticed. No complains received till date.

MRF Case Study

• 250 microns of UGAM HRTI 400 was applied on Steam Pipelines.

• Over that 60 mm thick super-wool insulation was applied by MMTCL.

• Reduction in steam condensate was observed resulting in 24% energy saving.

Case Study 2

Company : M/S. Apollo Tyres Ltd., Vadodara.

Problem reported: Heat leakages through lid of tyre press causing increased energy consumption and increase in shop floor temperature.
Proposed Solution: Ugam insulmix h r t i 400 p u composite to be applied to lids of press and open areas where conventional thermal insulation is not possible.
Result Achieved : Company Achieved Saving of 1Kg Of Steam Per Hrs per Kettle.

Case Study 3

Company : M/S. Apollo Tyres Ltd., Vadodara.

Problem reported: Very high shop floor temperature providing non comfortable atmosphere for workers.
Proposed Solution: Ugam insulmix system for roof to be applied to rooftop from exterior.
Result Achieved : Shop Floor temperature was reduced by 5 C

Case Study 4

 CUSTOMER : M/s TATA YAZAKI AUTOCOMP LTD.

PROBLEM REPORTED: For purpose of energy saving, company had installed polypropylene clear sheets by replacing some galvalum sheets from roof. These sheets were passing light as wellas heat to the shop floor thereby increasing shop floor heat and lux level.
Proposed Solution:Application of UGAM P U with THERMAL INSULATION was proposed with lux reducing compound.
Result Achieved : Shop Floor Temperature wasreduced by 4 c and Lux level was brought down successfully to the required value.

• Ugam Heat Resistant Paints : Products having wide range of heat resistance ranging from 400, 600, 1200 and 1800 deg Celsius. All products are being used by major industries for ovens and furnaces. These are unique range of products and are import substitutes saving almost 50 percent in price.

• Ugam Chemical Resistant: Products are having excellent chemical resistance and are widely used in chemical industries. Special products are also manufactured as per requirement for special chemical resistance on request.
