Alloy 718 Flat Bars (UNS N07718) are used in valves, fasteners, springs, mandrels, tubing hangers, well head completion equipment and blow out preventers, gas turbine engine parts, and more. They are also used for Liquid fuel rocket motor components. Other popular uses are high strength bolting, and down hole shafting. The Nickel 718 Flat Bars can be readily machined in either the annealed or the age-hardened condition. The annealed condition will provide a longer tool life to some extent. The age-hardened condition provides enhanced chip breaker tools or chip action and produces an improved finish. We offer the same to our customers in made-to-order specifications as per requirements.
