Inclination Sensors

Inclination sensors reliably detect inclination angles in plants or machinery. Due to the two-piece mounting concept, F99 series inclination sensors from Pepperl+Fuchs are extremely robust and also suited for harsh outdoor conditions. Thus, they are typically used in mobile equipment applications, such as leveling cranes or mobile work platforms, construction machinery, transport and loading facilities, or renewable energy applications. Measuring range and outputs of the F99 series can be configured individually according to the specific application requirements.
For reliable inclination detection in dynamic applications, including wheel loaders or forklifts, the F99-Fusion is an ideal solution. Due to its intelligent Sensor Fusion Algorithm, the inertial measurement unit is able to compensate for external accelerations. So even if a vehicle is braking, accelerating or taking a turn, inclination is detected reliably.
