tens are transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulators controlled by a micro-processor. They relieve the symptoms of muscular pain, poor circulation, peripheral numbness, fatigue, stiff shoulder, neuralgia. It is an advanced digital programmable tens unit which allow to set 5 programs. Its intensity can be adjusted by 1ma each step from 1 to 80ma. It has five modes: b(burst), n(normal), m(pulse rate modulation), sd1(pulse duration modulation)and sd2(pulse rate modulation). A compliance meter allows physical therapist to check the accumulated treatment time.
