Impact Roller and frame installed on the material feeding place to reduce the impulsive force occurred by the falling down material and protect the belt and idlers from damaged. Generally made in 30degree & 35degree transition idlers & frame. Their functionality is to ensure maximum belt protection for the optimum service life. Impact Roller sets are equipped with rubber-lagged rollers or rollers with a number of rubber rings of appropriate thickness and resistance. According to conveyor's requirement it can also be made in these degrees
