Hammer Crusher

Generally speaking, the hammers of a hammer crusher machine are heavy, the rotating speed of the rotor is low and there are grating bars installed on the bottom. Small-sized particle can go through the grating bar and be discharged and big-sized particles will stay on the grating bar to be hit and crushed again by the hammers until they reach small granularity and will be discharged. For this reason, hammering machine is suitable for crushing crisp materials with medium hardness, but not suitable for materials with high moisture. In the ore crushing production line, hammering machine can be used to replace cone crusher to realize medium and fine crushing.

The unique working principle of hammer mill crusher makes the hammers and the grating bar easily abraded, for this reason, the hammers of a hammer mill crusher are made of wear-resisting materials such as high manganese steel. Materials with high moisture will easily block the grating bar, so it is not advisable to use hammer mill crusher to crush materials with high moisture. In addition, to protect the internal wall of a hammer mill crusher, lining boards are installed onto the internal wall.
