Impact Pad

Synergy offers impact pads for very low co-efficient of friction, high abrasion resistance, high impact absorption and effective support to the conveyor belts.

The cradles on which the pads are fixed follows a unique design based on our experience and impact requirement. The pads are made of profiles that are combination of UHMW (Ultra Height Molecular Weight) and Wear Resistant rubber of required mechanical properties. The pads are available in various combination thicknesses appropriate to a working condition. Installation services are available from synergy for mechanical structure and the pads.
