Imatinib Capsules (400mg) is indicated for the treatment of adult and paediatric patients diagnosed with chronic leukemia. We are engrossed in manufacture, supply and export of Imatinib Capsules (400mg) from Delhi. The offered Imatinib Capsules (400mg) is a hard gelatin Capsule with caramel body.

Indications :

Chronic Myeloid Leukemia (CML)
Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumors (GIST)

Dosage Adjustment :

Hepatic Impairment : 25% of the recommended dose in severe hepatic impairment.
Renal Impairment : No clinical data available in patients with decreased renal function.

Packing : 10 Capsules

Dosage

CML	400 mg to 600 mg in adult patients with chronic phase dissease or from 600 mg to 800 mg (given as 400 mg twice daily)
GIST	400 mg/day or 600 mg/day (unresectable and/or metastatic,malignant GIST).
