Dosage Adjustment :

Hepatic Impairment : 25% of the recommended dose in severe hepatic impairment.
Renal Impairment : No clinical data available in patients with decreased renal function
Clinical Pharmacology : Anti Leukemic

Packing : 10 Capsules

Dosage

CML	400 mg to 600 mg in adult patients with chronic phase disease or from 600 mg to 800 mg (given as 400 mg twice daily)
GIST	400 mg/day or 600 mg/day (unresectable and/or metastatic,malignant GIST)
