Details :

• Technical Specifications of the Equipment :- The Ice plant is consisting with following controls and components.
• Compressor :-  ISI Hermetically sealed kirloskar compressor.
• Condenser :- Fins and copper tube type air cooled condenser of capacity 1 H.P. size 14” x 14” x 4 row deep has been provided in the unit.
• Condenser Fan Motor :- One no. forced draft fan motor of capacity 1/10 FHP along with suitable capacity of fan blade has been provided to draft the air on the condenser.
• Receiver :- One no. heavy duty sheet type receiver along with valve fittings has been provided to store the liquid refrigerant to R-12 gas.
• Rotameter :- To measure the flow rate of R-12 in unit.
• Brine Tank :- The inner brine tank has been fabricated out of 22 SWG stainless steel. The outer tank is also made by the same sheet. There has been provided with 4” thick high density thermocoal insulation has provided between inner and outer tanks.
• Cooling Coil :- Copper tube type cooling coil of size ¾” O/D has been fixed inside the inner S.S. tank.
• Control panel Board :- The following controls have been provided on 3/4“ thick dull sunmica.
• Main Switch, Voltmeter, Amp. Meter, Energy meter, Indication lights, Digital Temp Indicator, Suction gauge, Discharge gauge, LP/HP cut out, Expansion valve, capillary tube, Solenoid value, Filter dryer, Thermostat, Liquid line indicator.
• Agitator with Elect. Motor :- One no. suitable capacity of agitator along with agitator motor has been fitted in the unit.
• Ice Cans :- 2 lot on Ice cans has been provided in unit.
• Base :- Heavy duty angle iron base has been provided in the unit to accommodate the condensing unit, sunmica board and brine tank.
