MANUFACTURING PROCESS
The Gel used in Icepacks / Coolant Packs are prepared from the salt of cross-linked polymers and filled in LDPE Pouches or HDPE Containers and sealed. The raw material used for the gel preparation in its dry form is a powder of crystalline structure. Upon swelling with water, it yields a gel-like suspension. The polymer is mainly insoluble in water.
