Hydraulic Truck Unloader

SKS Standard Tippler is a material handling device used in projects for unloading of Sugar Cane, Lime Stone, Coal Silica etc. The Tippler is permanently erected along the carrier or hopper, Loaded Truck (6 / 10 / 12 wheeled) is first brought on to the Tippler platform. Truck is then hydraulically hooked to the front wheels. Real stoppers of the Tippler hydraulically support the Truck's rear wheels. Truck is then tilted hydraulically up to max angle of 55 degree. The entire material slides down to the carrier / hopper within 3-4 minutes.

Agro Product Tilters (Unloader) :
SKS Agro Product Tilter / Unloader is used by Fruit processing plants for hydraulically tilting of Truck (6/ 10 wheeled) loaded with fruits. The tilter is permanently erected along the carrier. The Truck is brought to the platform and is then hooked hydraulically from the front wheel. Rear stoppers of the Tilter Platform are hydraulically erected to support the Truck's rear wheels. Truck is then tilted hydraulically up to max angle of 55 degree. The entire Fruit slides down to the carrier / hopper within 3-4 minutes. These tilters can be used for unloading other agri products like Grains, Vegetables, Seeds, Pulses etc.
Truck and Trailer Unloader :
SKS Truck and Trailer Unloader is used at various project sited for Tilting of Truck and Trailers (14 / 18 / 22 wheeled) loaded with Lime Stone / Coal / Iron Ore etc. The Unloader is permanently erected along the Hopper. The Truck & Tractor Trailer is brought to the platform which is then hooked from the front wheel. Rear stoppers of Unloader are hydraulically support the near wheels of Truck and Tractor Trailer up to max angle of 55 degree. The entire material slides down to the hopper within 3-4 minutes.
