Operations of Platen Type Screen Changer:

• First place the new meshes in both the stations and wait for the proper heating.
• To change the station start the hydraulic power pack motor and move the valve as per direction.
• Remove the used meshes and replace them with new meshes/cleaned meshes.
• Now stop hydraulic power pack motor.

• Special adaptors for die and barrel side as per your requirement.
• Spare breaker plate and heaters.
