Raw Material Purchase-> Cutting the Material -> Drilling the Component-? Lathe Machine Face/Turing the component -> CNC Machining->First and Second Operations->Debarring in Lathe-> Component Coating (Zinc Yellow Platting ) ->Final Inspection
Hose Assemblies
Hose Purchase->According to the customer drawing Cutting size of the hose measure the cut-> Cleaning the hose inner side and outer side of the hose ->Assemble the fitting with hose--> Hose Crimping ---> Leak test checking--> Clean the hose-> Final Inspection-> Packing and Delivery.
