• The control system is totally of 24V DC only and this is for electrical application only.
• All the seals used in this lift are from imported sources and these are recommended for a safe Hydraulic System.
• During over loading of the cabin or any mechanical over loading, an over loaded relief valve is activated to return the oil to the tank without effecting the lifting movement.
• Special kind of imported load holding valves, control valves and hose break safety valves used in this system to block the oil from cylinder during leakage in the pipeline.
• During emergency, highly efficient electrical safety system cuts off supply to the lift.
• Emergency break (mechanical) can be used to stop the car from any accidental fall.
• During increase of Hydraulic Pressure, overload pressure switch operates to cuts off the motor supply.
